Our leader Mark Ma established this company in 2017 with a dream of producing quality noodles that can spread the good name of Dongchuan and Chinese noodles. Dongchuan is a small city located in the center of Yunnan. Decades ago it is best known for its copper mine. As the mining industry boomed, they hired a lot of miners from the northern part of China. As the miners brought out the ores from the mountains, they also brought out their culinary cultures from their hometown. Noodles over the years gradually took over rice in Dongchuan that used to be rice-based. As it becomes more and more popular, noodle makers in Dongchuan keep enhancing the taste even if it is a thousand years old tradition. For now, people in China might not know Dongchuna for its copper, but many appreciate the place for its tender and rich wheat-flavored noodles. We have established a stable domestic market for the past years, we think it is time to take the Dongchuan noodle culture beyond the border.
